The best way to see Manhattan has
always been on foot. Take it one step further and see everything
along its edges as you join the folks at New York Shorewalkers in
a 32-mile circumnavigation of the island. The route brings you by
the very urban industrial, somewhat suburban residential and
decidedly exurban parkland along the rim of Manhattan that make it
such and exciting place to live or visit
You don't have to do the entire 32
miles, you can join the walk at selected points along the route.
