beverage, get there early after a hard day at the office and be one
of the 100,000 or so people that enjoy each performance of the
Metropolitan Opera in one of New York City's parks. A grand way to
spend an evening
This year the Metropolitan Opera
serves up two of its most popular offerings by one of its audiences
favorite composers, Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata
and Rigoletto. Performances
will be held in Central Park, Orchard
Park in the Bronx, Cunningham Park in Queens, Marine Park in
Brooklyn, the Ballpark at St George on
Staten Island and a couple of spots convenient to our friends over
in New Jersey. All performances
