It's hot in the City but you can get even hotter under the stars
on the plaza just off Broadway. Lincoln Center takes a very
broad interpretation of swing but, whichever way you cut it,
it's the rhythm that counts and they got that right. From disco,
soul and funk to tango, merengue and cha cha to boogaloo and jump to much, much
more (and yes, now Tuesday is big band swing night), everybody can
find a beat to swing to. Tickets are only needed for the dance
floor; if you don't want to dance it's free
to listen
