Says It's Big! At 1,800 or so rooms this is one of the
largest hotels in Manhattan and the impersonal, albeit very
professional, service reflects that fact. If you find an easy way to
get up to the lobby please, please write and tell us. We've been in
this John Portman-designed "toaster-on-its-side" hotel
many times for trade shows and other functions and have never quite
made it to the lobby. We know it's there somewhere, we've heard all
the noise. This is not a quiet hotel, befitting its location amidst
the hustle and bustle of Times Square. This is a very busy hotel and
it perfectly reflects New York -- bold and brassy. The rooms are
standard Marriott fare. Service is standard Marriott. You probably
won't have too many complaints and you'll be in the middle of the
busiest City in the world
