Says If you want an affordable place for a family to stay
in Midtown Manhattan you can't go much wrong with the Radio City
Suites hotel. While it doesn't offer a lot in the way of services or
plush amenities, the rooms and suites are spacious enough and the
location is great. Rooms range from studio suites up to
2-bedroom suites, some with sofa beds. All are fresh and clean,
furnished in basic New York City apartment style. A couple of folks
we know spent a week at the hotel while putting in some very long
hours for work. They reported that their stay was very pleasant, the
staff was helpful and it was just what it was supposed to be, good
accommodations at a good rate. Located in the middle (Well, not
quite the middle, but dang close to it) of Rockefeller Center, Radio
City Suites is perfect
for a family doing the sights and attractions of Midtown Manhattan.
You can head out in the morning, return to prepare a quick lunch,
while saving your money for that a great meal at one of New York's
fine restaurants. It's a short stroll to all Broadway theaters -- a
half dozen of them are within a block or two -- and within walking
distance of a large swath of Midtown Manhattan. Nearby subway and
bus to will whisk you anyplace else in the City
