The Ballpark at St George
has received rave reviews since it opened as the home of minor
league baseball's Staten
Island Yankees. The setting is said to be idyllic, with
breezes coming off the harbor to cool muggy, summer evenings. We
didn't have a chance to get out there in 2002 but are making plans
to catch a couple of games this season.
