Note Marni Robb appears in place of
Ms Wills at some performances (Thursday evenings and Saturday
matinees???) Synopsis The Phantom
reigns in the netherworld beneath the stage of the Paris Opera
House. Bizarrely deformed, he passes his time terrorizes the members
of the Opera, a bit of payback for his condition he believes. But
this is a love story and it comes to pass that he falls in love with
a young singer. The love is not unrequited
Notes On November 10 2004, Phantom of the Opera,
became the second show in Broadway history to
reach 7,000 performances. The show has only 486 performances
to go to take longest running show honors away from
Cats. At eight performances
per week that should be around the first week of January 2006
Love Never Dies,
the follow-up to Phantom, comes to Broadway in November 2010 Tony Award®, Tony®, the Tony Award® logo, and
