Saltzman's complete review of Twentieth
Century
Notes Twentieth
Century premiered at the Broadhurst
Theater in December 1932. The lead roles were played by Moffat
Johnston and Eugenie Leontovich. The show was revived in 1950 in a
production directed by Jose Ferrer in which he starred opposite
Gloria Swanson. The revival had a 233-performance run split between
the ANTA
Playhouse and the Fulton Theater
