Notes  Twentieth Century premiered at the Broadhurst Theater in December 1932. The lead roles were played by Moffat Johnston and Eugenie Leontovich. The show was revived in 1950 in a production directed by Jose Ferrer in which he starred opposite Gloria Swanson. The revival had a 233-performance run split between the ANTA Playhouse and the Fulton Theater
