Synopsis  Everything's set to music these days, even Louisa May Alcott

Notes  When we first listed Little Women back in 1999, the show was set for Fall 2001 or Winter 2002, Nick Corley was to helm the project with staging by Jennifer Paulson Lee and score by Kim Oler and Allison Hubbard. Something changed along the tough road to Broadway, and with new creative (except for Allan Knee's book), a new target of Winter or Spring 2004 was set. This, was ultimately delayed as the producers decided to wait for Sutton Foster to finish her run in Thoroughly Modern Millie. The show is due to have a three-week run at North Carolina's Duke University in October 2004 with maybe a short stop in New Haven along the way to New York
