Road to Broadway
Rumors of a Broadway version of Tarzan surfaced shortly after the release of the 1999
animated film
version. Casting finally started May 2005 in NYC with an eye to open
during the 2005-2006 season; the show's May 10th opening date is the
last day of Tony® eligibility
