Synopsis
The boxing ring or the ballet barre? That's the decision 11-year-old
Billy Elliot faces. But, set against the backdrop of a miners'
strike that produces tension throughout the town and turmoil at
home, it's a tough decision to make. Until, that is, his ballet
teacher gets him an audition with the Royal Ballet School.
