Synopsis
Warsaw, Poland, 1939. As an acting
troupe is about to mount a new production, a satirical look at
Hitler and Nazi Germany, Poland is invaded. The members of the
troupe are called upon to use their skills, costumes and props to
find a spy who infiltrated the Polish resistance forces

the 1942 Ernst Lubitsch film of the same name. Jack Benny, Carole
Lombard and Robert Stack starred
A 1984 remake starred Mel Brooks,
Anne Bancroft and Tim Matheson. It featured Charles Durning,
