Broadway Show History
It would be impossible to get an accurate count of Hamlet
productions in what would be considered Broadway theaters. In the
20th Century alone there were 51 productions, 35 of which took to
the boards between 1900 and 1920, sometimes playing at the same time
at opposite ends of the street
The last major revival was a 1995 version at the
Belasco
Theater. Ralph Fiennes played the lead while bring home the
